the master bedroom has a bath and WC, plus a dressing room and a king-size bed
the second bedroom has a shower, washbasin and double bed
a separate toilet at the entrance to the house

an independent bungalow with sea view offers an extra bedroom for 2 people
with a shower and toilet, the bed is a Queen size.

The kitchen opens onto the living room and terrace and is very well equipped.

a car is essential as the house is situated on a hill

please note that noise pollution is prohibited after 7pm and that a sound level meter is installed to avoid any overflow.
