“The property was very well located. Service was excellent. Beautiful view. Appartement well maintained but not for 6 adults since there was only one bathroom. Also the fact that we had to close the AC during the day made that the apartment would have a bad smell coming from the bathroom. Overall very nice island and we enjoy a lot our stay. Even if it’s many apartments we felt the privacy. Thank you and we will definitely recommend or visit back.”

“Didn’t like that we had ants and there were no cleaning supplies for your leisure. Love the location. Once on property don’t need a car but will need it to get to the beaches. Very quiet and cozy. We used the 2nd bd room to store our luggage, glad that we had that or else we wouldn’t have had any place for them. The island is expensive especially around the tourist spots ”

“We had an amazing week in Villa Kolibreeze at Coral Estate. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 4 baths with a big outdoor area and private pool. The pool is about 6' deep. The villa was generally very clean, but we did have a couple of smaller issues: 1- The kitchen is in need of update, the cabinets are literally falling apart. 2- Living room & kitchen areas need AC! 3- They should think about stocking the home with some basic supplies like salt & pepper, fire lighter for grilling & cooking, and some……

“We have stayed at Blue Bay several times however this was our first stay at Xanadu. Ravi Sanchez and Carlos and their team took care of all of our needs and provide a relaxed and special oasis. When our daughters flight was cancelled they were able to provide a unit at last minute with a fair price point. We hope to return again and would recommend these lovely well equipped units.”

“This is a super clean, ultra modern , well appointed apartment with stunning views and a lovely pool. It is not a full service hotel. You will need a car. It is 2 miles to the nearest supermarket. The beach and nearest restaurants are 1/2 to 3/4 miles away with some steep hills. We recommend using Coral&Coco to arrange car rental and tours in advance.”

During our stay Derrick was able to make sure we had everything we needed while at the bar area and gave us great information about what activities to do locally. Adrienne was so helpful when our flight got delayed numerous times she was able to accommodate us for another night. “A dona é muito simpática e atenciosa. Sempre que eu pontuava algo de errado, ela prontamente acertava. O apartamento tem um bom tamanho, os quartos e banheiro são espaçosos. Os colchões e travesseiros muito confortáveis. Um ponto negativo foi o cheiro de mofo quando chegamos. Um conselho seria deixar o apartamento aberto umas horas antes do hóspede chegar, para arejar. Levem repelente, pois tem bastante mosquito. ”

Kitchen was well equipped. Neither of the sliding doors locked. Large gate must manually be opened and closed every time you enter and leave. Adaptors not needed. “We stayed at the Violet Blossom for 7 nights. Very good location near the pool, appartement had large terrace with everything needed. The furniture is a bit dated and I would rate the kitchen equipment as fair. The property is very nice, you can snorkel directly from the beach and see lots of under water wild life. Pool area is nice as well and very clean. ”
