At first we did not have any and then when they checked on it, we did not have cold water anymore... otherwise everything is great and the staff was awesome.”
“Hotel mal conservado. Cheguei pela noite e informei que tinha uma reserva e as duas atendentes ficaram em silêncio. Depois de algum tempo perguntei: “E..?” Elas então disseram que não havia ninguém reservado e que não havia quarto disponível, sem acrescentar alguma alternativa. Perguntei o que poderia ser feito e elas nada. Então chegou outro atendente e esse sim consultou algo no computador e depois de algum momento liberou um quarto pra mim (não falaram que não havia disponibilidade de quarto?……
