“Our family of 8 (adults, 4 couples) came to Tulum wanting a peaceful and relaxing place to decompress and the Casa Vallejo at Zamas Hotel was absolutely perfect. The staff, starting at the front desk with Abi, Daniel, and Fer couldn't have been more welcoming, helpful, and genuinely friendly. They were extremely responsive to my questions and requests; communication with them was key! Also, the wait staff and all the hotel personnel were incredibly attentive to all of our needs. The Casa itself……

“The owner, Jesse, was incredibly proactive with sharing info ahead of time and responsive when the need arose. I really appreciated him!! As others have mentioned, the house caretakers Chucho and Chari are incredible. Highly recommend eating all meals at the house! The decor and layout of the house are just gorgeous and we enjoyed all the decks and palapas. My only important tip is that if you are there in the Fall (like we were) the road to the house is very challenging. We saw multiple cars……

“The hosts were amazing. The property was exactly as shown on VRBO. The Casa De Las Palmas was beautiful and perfect for our party of 9. Also, the taco stand on property was probably our favorite food in Tulum. Would definitely recommend staying at Mahayana.”

“It is a really secluded getaway with a beach that was all our own, we rarely glimpsed any other humans in the neighborhood save for Maria and Miguel, the staff for the house who are always anxious to help but keep a low profile to allow the privacy their guests covet. Overall a wonderful place to go...”
