“La propiedad es cómoda y muy bonita y limpia. El área es segura y tienes de todo muy cerca. la pasamos bien mientras estuvimos allí. El GPS no te lleva directo al lugar, así que mi consejo para los que se vayan a quedar es que una vez estén cerca del sitio, miren en el GPS las calles alrededor y pregunten. Así fue que llegamos nosotros sin problema. ”

“Our host was amazing, he allowed early check in, gave us fantastic recommendations and was super nice all around. We loved the location and we will definitely be back. The beach and surrounding areas are really nice. People are friendly. I recommend bringing your own ice and water, because they don't sell/provide any at the property, but other than that, it's amazing for a low key getaway. Thank you SO much! ”

“This was the perfect location for our week in Puerto Rico! Located just across the street from Seven Seas Beach, this clean and beautiful condo was easy walking distance to the ocean and several restaurants, plus it was an easy drive to Old San Juan, Luquillo and El Yunque National Forest. Plus, most evenings we could watch the sunset from the rooftop patio. Wonderful! ”

“This is an excellent vacation home just across the street from the beach. Well maintained and stocked and very comfortable. We cooked, brought in take out, barbecued on the rooftop, and drove a mile or so to Las Croabas, lined with various restaurants. Walkable but we drove and were lucky enough to always find a parking spot.The owner provides beach towels, easy to carry beach chairs, and a cooler and likely more, but that was suitable for us. The House of Pastelillos is a great lite……

“Our best vacation so far!! The house is beautiful with a great view of the ocean. Very clean and plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was well stock with cooking utensils and dinnerwares. “The house was absolutely gorgeous and well taken care of. It’s well lit from the outside which was nice since the rest of the street was dark. Amenities were fully stocked and even included earplugs to help with the roosters that started before the sunrise. The backyard is adorable and we spent the mornings and evenings sitting back there. Check in and out were very easy. Walkable to grocery store, restaurants, and ferry. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Condo was beautiful and large. They had every convenience available, from beach chairs, towels, beach bags to everything you would need to do laundry. The location was great, you could walk right across the street to the beach. I can’t say enough good things about this VRBO and host. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had.”

"Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several issues:
1. No Hair Dryer or Hot Water
The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient.
2. Lack of Basic Supplies
The toilet paper roll was nearly empty when we arrived, and no refills were provided.
3. Excessive Humidity
The room was extremely humid. After participating in a bioluminescence activity, we were unable to dry our wet clothes overnight—even hanging them on a chair only made them wetter. Without a hair dryer or proper ventilation, we were forced to wear damp clothes while traveling. The humidity also affected the bedsheets, which felt damp and made it hard to sleep.
4. Unhelpful Property Manager
We contacted the property manager for assistance, but they were unable to provide any solutions to these issues.
Overall, the poor conditions and lack of responsiveness made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not recommend this property to others unless these issues are addressed.
