El sistema de aires acondicionados no estaban funcionando como corresponde tanto en los cuartos como en los restaurantes. Se pasaba mucha calor y era incómodo. Los chóferes del transporte interno que iba destinado a las facilidades del Hotel Fantasía no brindaban el servicio que uno esperaba, no te querían tomar en las paradas y solo te decían “espera el otro”, paso con nosotros como con otros huéspedes. En otras paradas de los otros hoteles mucho más amables y siempre nos recogían.

My air conditioner wasn’t working properly, they came to my room the first day looked at it and did nothing, the 2nd day still not working they came out again and didn’t fix it, the 3rd day again came to my room and didn’t fix it. It never got colder than 22 Celsius and had to put on the ceiling fan which made noise in order to sleep comfortably. My daughter and her family were in the other building and she was terribly bitten by what we think were bedbugs my husband had a few.

If you’re looking for a family friendly resort with tons of activities for children of all ages whilst also enjoying adult time, this is the place to book! The drinks were amazing, kids club opened from 9am-6pm with a full day of activities! Gives you plenty of time to have quality time with your spouse. Make sure you book alacart reservations through the app as soon as you’re able to pre-check in which is 7-10 days in advance. We booked VIp so we were able to enjoy all resorts attached but honestly our main resort fantasia was the best for our family. Room service was great and definitely life saving. Clean property and great amenities. The beach was okay due to the amount of seaweed (because of the season) it was hard to enjoy but there are plenty of pools and the sand is still gorgeous. The service at the buffet was a hit or miss, the food at the buffet was a 6/10, the steak house was 8/10, Mexican restaurant was 8/10 and the paradiso Italian was 9/10. To get real Dominican food you will have to eat off the resort. Other than that I had an amazing time with my family, I say Book book book. And make sure to visit Jorge at the castle bar! Oh and unlimited ice cream is a plus for any child or even adult lol

Ce séjour est mémorable pour la richesse des bonnes expériences vécues ! Le personnel toujours aussi accueillant et complice avec les invités et la qualité de la nourriture ! WoW pour les soirées avec des options de restaurants variant de l’indien, au grec, à l’Italie avec d’excellents service à chacun! Attention pour les options sans alcool! Pas tant entré dans la culture !
