Overall, very appreciative of friendly staff and quality of the food. much effort to make customers comfortable, Place was always very clean. A few minor issues: We had two days of heavy rain and windows in the room leaked and water on the floor. No indication of repairs. Dresser drawers in the room needed repairs as they would not close properly.

This is our third sat Twice with family and once adults only. The beach is well maintained but not the BEST. What I can say is staff is so friendly and attentive. Our room where what we asked for due to mobility... the staff remembered us . Driver Ozzy and Israel always willing to take my two year old for rides.. Oscar at the buffet is friendly, attentive and makes you feel right at home. Everyone else is lovely!

Staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful, courteous and lively. Rooms were dingy - small with little walking space; however, we liked the walkout balconies. Many gaps between the door edges allowed mosquitoes to have a good time having our blood. Restaurant staff and food were excellent and the chefs were always around to help guests enjoy their meals. We could not use the pool tables as the machines never worked. Nice activities in the evenings. Bar and pool staff (including entertainers) were excellent. This hotel had no close by shops/ mercado - travel by Uber/ taxi was a ripoff so any trip utside the resort cost min,US$100

We were on the adult only side and it was amazing. Entertainment staff was great and every bartender was always aware of our needs/wants. They had 24 hr room service and the suites are beautiful. Property grounds are probably the most beautiful I have seen at any resort.

It's a nice, old resort. It needs to be renovated. Also, the resort needs to employee more staff that speak English. Finally, even though the food was plentiful, it was mandane. I would recommend better signage about the food and for the hotel to introduce more vegan options.
