The hotel positions itself as a 4 star hotel, but in fact it is a maximum of 2 stars. Yes, the rooms look fresh and modern, but this is the only plus. Everything else leaves an unpleasant impression. The beds are poorly made, pillowcases are not put on, you can't get towels. Restaurant and food: The staff in the buffet is extremely lazy and absolutely indifferent to the guests. You will not be noticed, will not be greeted, you have to literally beg for help. The food is monotonous, tasteless, a lot of processed semi-finished products. The meat is tough, the vegetables are overcooked. The alcohol is diluted, the cocktails taste like sweet water. The fruit was very disappointing: there is little of it, and those that are there are absolutely tasteless. The queues are constant. After eating, my friend had an upset stomach, and judging by the reviews of other guests, they were not the only ones. There are not enough sun loungers on the beach. Wi-Fi: It only works at the reception, and that's a bit hit and miss. In the room - forget it. Overall impression: The hotel may impress with its photos and updated rooms, but everything else - service, food, attitude of the staff - is at a very low level. If you are looking for a quality vacation with good service and delicious food - this is definitely not the option. Personally, I will not return and do not recommend it to others.

Overall it was a great experience, kids had fun beach was nice. The food was ok, buffet could use some more options. The best restaurant was Tao, the Fogo was ehh… and the restaurants booked up quickly. So wish the buffet was nicer.

Everything was good there…. the only problem was that after cleaning the room the towels were not changed on time... otherwise the staff worked well, the food was delicious (thanks to the kitchen staff and the cooks), the prosperity resorts were always kept clean, there are many ducks, geese, flamingos, turtles and other types of animals on the territory... we are very happy with the holiday, the sea, the beach and the coast for walks there AMAZING!!!!!💖💖💖

This was our first tropical vacation. Everything was great other than food. Buffet food was barely warm. Wildlife was a highlight. Iguanas, turtles , peacocks and more iguanas. Only thing that was bad was the mini-fridge wasn't cold. We brought back a cup of ice daily to use it like an old ice-box. That chilled the pop and water in it to some degree. Circus on our last night - excellent!

Everything was amazing, staff were very friendly and polite at all times. Rooms were always clean and taken care of everyday. Food options at the buffet were plentiful with a different theme every day, and there were 7 different restaurants to choose from. Pool and beach were very clean and safe. Lots of amenities and activities to do throughout our stay, and there were lots of bars and entertainment places as well.
