En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Our stay was wonderful. We chose this resort after another family member stayed there, and we were not disappointed. The staff was incredible, in particular, our butler, Erickson, went about and beyond. Every single employee that we encountered was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment. I do wish that the bars had some type of menus available - that would definitely have been helpful. My only complaint was with other guests who "reserved" chairs on the beach but then either never showed up or were only there briefly, late in the afternoon.

This was my second time staying at Majestic Elegance, but my first long stay. The hotel is beautiful, the staff were amazing, the buffet staff, pool staff, and the beach staff were EXCELLENT. I highly recommend this Hotel. Victor and all the others by the swim up bar were amazing, very attentive of everyone, Miriam at the main buffet made my birthday stay memorable! Our personal concierge, Geraldine, was a sweetheart! She also made my birthday stay memorable! Overall, everything was SUPERB!

We loved everything about this property. It was the cleanest resort I've been too, it was always being maintained. The staff from start to finish was friendly and accommodating. A huge thank you to Arling, our Butler and Anyelina, who worked outside covering the pool and beach area. Both were so attentive, polite, accommodating, professional and a pleasure to see everyday. They made a huge difference to our experience and far surpassed our expectations. The person I was vacationing with is currently at a different resort in Punta Cana and said it doesn't compare. The only changes would be, extra water in the rooms (at the sinks), a bucket of ice water pool side, and better bar service for the swim up rooms. It was a beautiful resort with good dining, and ocean activities on resort, we did snorkeling. And all 3 resorts are side by side... would stay again and definitely recommend

Hotel is very nice, lights went out once & staff was nice to come & turn on main switch in closet. Beautiful restaurants & food was delicious.Staff beyond accommodating.Carlos & Yessica from See & Sea were outstanding!! We went to both their restaurants (The Steak house) because we really enjoyed them!! The hotel holds up to their name Majestic Elegance,truly elegant!!

We absolutely LOVE Majestic Elegance!! Richard was our butler for the second time. He is kind, friendly and works very hard to make sure we have everything we need. He even decorated our room for my 50th birthday. We cant wait to go back!!!!

Very good place. Everything was nice and the beach and pool was nice. The food in the buffet could use some work. Other restaurants are very good!
