En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten atención a las señales de no molestar colocadas por los huéspedes.

I stayed at the Majestic elegance with my 18 year-old daughter, and we absolutely loved it. It was easy to book restaurants, and eat anywhere we wanted to, have access to food at all times, we’re always offered drinks, whether we were sitting somewhere on the resort, or down at the beach. We especially loved the staff here, particularly at the Gourmet restaurant when we were served by Oscar and Elioni. They made our evening super special, were extremely friendly, and we enjoyed looking for them when they were working in other areas of the resort. My daughter was lucky to have made some friends her age to hang out with as well. Thank you, Majestic Elegance for an amazing vacation!

PLEASE READ! I have stayed at a number of resorts and Majestic Elegance was fantastic! The food was very good all around! Pools were large and the water temperature was perfect! Some places its ice cold. Staff was very friendly and Roberto at the main lobby bar was phenomenal ! Casino was very nice and legit. They also put much effort into activities all day long and nightly entertainment was good. The only thing lacking was a specialty coffee/sweet shop which is surprising because they have everything else. You could still get espresso at the bar and could get lattes and cappuccino there hot or cold so it worked.

Majestic Elegance was a beautiful resort! Very clean and meticulously maintained! Most staff was very friendly and attentive. Roberto the bar tender and GG the entertainer were real favorites of our family. We enjoyed everything about our stay except for the long arduous check-in process. Overall, our stay at Majestic Elegance was everything we've hoped for and more! Would highly recommend!

This review is for the Majestic Elegance resort. The place is huge, a good amount of options to eat and drink all around the resort. The common pool is missing hundreds of tiles, and unfortunately some people got hurt during our stay. They really need to do a proper maintenance and fix the areas where the tiles are missing to avoid more injuries. The pool also has a lot of mold all around and it needs to be clean. The bartenders are super nice, well, most of them, there were a couple of times when the bartenders were not in a good mood but it is understandable (by the pool), but I never had an issue, although, one day the service was not that good for a specific one. The restaurants are ok, for sure the steakhouse (Asadito), they have no idea on how to grill a steak medium or medium rare! The 2 times we went to have dinner, our steaks were overcooked and definitely not the way we asked for. The japanese restaurant sushi service was amazing, although the lady in the front was not friendly at all... again, sometimes I am trying to understand the kind of people they are dealing with, but I feel like they need to work on those people's skills. Flavors buffet is good, has variety, and they are always restocking the trays on time. See and Sea was the best option for dinner and the best service during our stay, we had dinner there twice. In general, the resort has a lot of potential and you can enjoy it without issues, but they really need to work on the maintenance for sure.

De la propiedad en general todo estuvo espectacular, lo único que me gustaría que la recogida en el hotel para el aeropuerto no sea con tantas horas de antelación, por ejemplo mi vuelo era para las 4 pm y nos recogieron desde las 10 AM.
