En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. I recently stayed at this resort and had an overall enjoyable experience with a few areas for improvement. The Good: One of the highlights was the variety of food and drink options available. There was something for everyone, and the quality was generally good. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist, which made the stay even more pleasant. The beach was beautiful and well-maintained, providing a great place to relax. Entertainment at the theatre was engaging, and the kids' club was a fantastic addition for families. The entire resort had a lively yet comfortable atmosphere, with well-kept premises and plenty of space to explore. The Bad: While the resort had many positives, the facilities felt a bit outdated. My room had minor cracks, the toilet lid was loose, and the paint job lacked proper finishing. These were small details, but they did take away from the overall experience. A bit of maintenance and modernization would go a long way in improving the stay. Overall: Despite some minor maintenance issues, the resort offered a great experience with excellent service, entertainment, and amenities. With some updates to the rooms and facilities, it could be an even better destination. Would still recommend, especially for families!

I have been to majestic twice and after this trip, I will never go back. The food was truly horrible. By the end of the trip most of my group was completely pathetic about meal time. I on the other hand got food poisoning, and I was stuck in the room with a 102.8 fever, making my way from the bed to the bathroom for three days of my trip. I don't know how I made it home. Not only was the food not delicious, it was unsafe. Never again.

We had a fantastic stay at Majestic Elegance (Club). Everything was peaceful and relaxing. The facilities were great, with amazing beach and well-maintained pools. Our room was spacious, clean, but furniture was a bit outdated. The food at the resort was good, despite our initial worries because of other reviews. Basically, due to the wide variety of options, one can easily find something good. There is 8 restaurants, but we usually went to the main one, as it has everything and works almost all the time. The territory is huge, basically it is three Majestic hotels next to each other, so one can even take a morning jog around it. Plus, hotel area seemed secure and the staff was attentive nice.

We spent a week with our 3 kids, ages 16-22. We had a wonderful week and enjoyed many of the property amenities from pickleball and tennis, golfing, and beach volleyball to the nightly shows and entertainment areas (sports bar, casino and club). The beach is gorgeous and you can walk forever. All our meals were very good, and one night our hostess and staff at the teppanyaki restaurant, 9 Doors, went over the top to decorate and arrange a full cake and singing for our sons 20th birthday. Excellent week and would definitely recommend if looking for an easy and beautiful holiday :)

We really enjoyed the property, beach was great bars great, food was decent. Staff was so friendly and happy to see everyone. Pools need some work tiles popping off in many places. House keeping in individual rooms need a step up however. We many days didnt get towels and still had sand all over floor so they didnt sweep. Some times they would refill drinks in room sometimes not. They would make bed but would pick up towels then not leave new towels.

I cannot say enough good things about the Majestic Elegance. This was our 6th trip, and we still think of it as our little paradise. First, there are so many incredible people that work at Majestic to take our experience over the top. I want to say a special thank you to Orlando, our butler. He visited with us every day to make sure we were doing well, and he went out if his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our housekeeper, Laura, was incredible. Our room was absolutely immaculate every single day. A big thank you also to our wonderful bartenders, Maxima, Layden and my special girl , Anyelina. You all have a smile on your face every day and take our experience over the top. We had breakfast or lunch almost every day at the Sea and Sea, and the staff there are all incredible and there are so many food selections. We had great experiences at every restaurant and really enjoyed the entertainment every night. Thank you again for an amazing stay. We will see you next year!
