Amazing service and good food variety. Food options was my main concern and decision making and it didn't disappoint. All kinds of food to choose from. I have a sweet tooth and the dessert options and fruit were amazing. They also have a fresh juice station at the buffet where you can get watermelon, orange, cantaloupe and other fruit juices with no sugar no additives, just straight from the fruit. One of my favorite spots was the french style cafe. Plenty of delicious pastries and coffee options. Definitely will be back to Mirage.

We love this property and return every year. It’s beautiful. The food is varied and delicious. It’s relaxing. And the staff is so friendly and remembers us from year to year just as we remember them. Shoutouts to our favorite bartenders: Luis, Charley, Jose, and Jimy. Shoutouts to our favorite servers: the entire staff at the steakhouse for spending 10-10:30pm with us nightly and always being great, JR, Nelson, and Rodner from the seaside restaurant, and Ana Maria at Japanese. Last but most certainly not least, Cesar is the best butler at Mirage and consistently goes above and beyond to make our trip special - even golf cart rides to fancy dinners. Additionally, Raul who leads hospitality and restaurants at the hotel went out of his way to make our last dinner of our trip extra special. Big thank you to Sergio and Jazmin for taking care of us as well. See you all next year! As a bonus - shoutout to Yeferson and Leandro at the Colonial for taking time to see us during our trip. They are fantastic people and also a big reason why we return each year.

This was my second time staying at Majestic Mirage and it was fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food is great, the drinks are great, and the daily shows and parties were a blast. Our butler Candio went above and beyond for us every day, we highly recommend requesting him as your butler for your stay.

Resort appears to be very nice on the outside however there are many small annoying things within the resort. The elevator was constantly broken housekeeping didnt bring towels or toilet paper many of the staff was very rude and the servers dont wear gloves to handle food

We had a very poor experience and will never go to this resort again. When we checked in, I don’t think their supervisor and manager care about their guests, only money matters. It took us two and half hours to check in because the front desk asked for $1800 payment for two children under ten for a five-night stay, and when we booked the room, the fee was not disclosed. Their attitude was surprising. If you have other options, don’t choose this resort. There were leaks in two parts of the ceiling in our room, cleanliness was not good, and the pool water was dirty. Both my children and I had stomachaches towards the end of the trip, the food was not fresh enough.

The week we stayed at the Majestic Mirage was unbelievable. From the moment we arrived we were treated very well by EVERY staff member we dealt with. Our luggage was handled for us, we were given drinks while we waited (3 minutes) to check in, we were given an in person tour of the resort by our concierge. I highly recommend requesting Leonardo Martinez for your butler, he met with us every day and resolved any issues or desires we had as soon as possible. The resort is immaculately maintained, there is constantly grounds crew cleaning and trimming, maintenance painting and making repairs, cleaning staff scrubbing and cleaning everything. All of the food we ate was very good, not the best food we have ever had but for a resort it was definitely top tier. We relaxed all week and enjoyed every minute of it, I doubt we will ever book a different resort.
