The resort overall is good, with excellent location and so much potential.
The management and the services however bring the prestige of the place down immensely.
The staff although kind, is not helpful at all, and that applies to reception and concierge.
It took 5 days to have a broken shower replaced despite several reports and people coming to the apartment WITHOUT any tools to 'have a look'. This was urged through concierge in person and through WhatsApp, where we were being ignored, as well as reception telling us to make sure to be in at certain time 3 times to ensure someone can come in, and nobody shoed up and we waisted the whole day waiting.
Another concierge has 'booked' a trip for us to Monkeyland with a small baby, only she FORGOT to put us on the list despite us asking several times if all was confirmed, and the coach refused to take us, resulting into the female concierge having to drive us to the town herself to catch another bus.
The reception staff although kind and nice is not much helpful in resolving any issues or advising on nearby activity options etc.
Restaurants food is average to good, but the service is extremely slow, and we waited 1.5-2hrs or more for a simple meal each time we visited any of the restaurants in the resort, which has made us jist want to cook ourselves.
The state of the resort itself is a shame, could be taken better care of the surroundings as well.as the apartments. The pools looked not maintained at all, with dirty water an
