I had higher hopes for this resort, the room was not in the best condition, it needs work, the shower looked dirty and rusty. I reported my concerns about other things and requested a new room but was told they could have maintenance check out the issues instead- this issue has been there before I arrived, were you going to replace the rusty dirty shower head? And the cabinet holding the fridge? Among other things that clearly need to be replaced urgently. There is a lack of attention to detail and no effort to accommodate from the front desk personnel or at least the young lady who received the concerns that morning. There is an older gentleman who kindly let me know of the neighbor resort(where I would have stayed instead) I spent the remaining days of my stay on that area, much better even though is a family resort. Also the dinner reservations situation, call the restaurants before booking people to make sure they will be open, it’s going the extra mile, attention to detail, a simple call would have prevented about 10 people from going to a restaurant that was closed (for the second time!).The staff overall was very friendly and welcoming. It’s the room maintenance from the property owners or management that turned me off, a very motel like vibe if you know what I mean. Not the worse place if that’s what you’re looking for.

Beach was beautiful. I was shocked that the hospitality was terrible! The bad attitude from staff throughout the property from the front desk to the restaurants.

The property size was just right for a quick walk between activities. Staff were very friendly and fun and spoke English well. The food was very average. The room was clean but the setup made it hard to have privacy to shower and use the bathroom. I travelled with a friend. The air conditioning in the room could not keep up. Most of the resort is open air so often times we were very hot. The only place where the AC worked really well was the little gift shop. Also, I did not like that there were vendors and excursion people asking us questions and trying to persuade us to buy. Overall this resort had the vibe we wanted to just relax, but there is definitely room for improvements

Amazing hotel, the food was so good, many options. The alcohol is everything, the customer service was so heart warming and welcoming. The beach and pool are clean, towels are clean warm and clean as well. The room is also great, very clean mini fridge stocked and a cute view of the garden, beds were done daily and fresh towels my only thing is the shower, hot tub, and sink could’ve been cleaned a little better, found some unpleasant residue. Overall, the entire experience at this hotel was excellent and I will be definitely coming back.
