I had an awful experience at this resort. The mattress in our room had visible mold, and the sheets and pillows smelled terrible. The humidity in the room was so bad it made all of our belongings damp. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable.
The management was completely unhelpful. Any time we tried to speak with the manager about issues, we were either told to come back later or ignored. It felt impossible to get any resolution.
To make things worse, money was stolen from our in-room safe. When we reported it, the staff just told us to go to the police station ourselves and didn’t even offer to cover the cost of the taxi. The manager never spoke to us directly and didn’t provide any information—no update, no confirmation if cameras were checked, or if anyone even investigated.
The food was decent, but you’re not allowed to bring any to your room, which is very inconvenient. After hours, the only food option is the sports bar, and the food there was not good at all.
Overall, I would never return. Between the unsanitary conditions, lack of customer support, and the handling of the theft, this was one of the worst resort experiences I’ve ever had.
