Worst all-inclusive we have ever been too. Our 1 bedroom suite had the following issues: bathroom door doesn’t shut, poorly patched water damage ceiling in bathroom, rusted pull out bed, drawers that fall out if you pull them open, a mini fridge that wasn’t cold, stained chairs and sheets. The service across the board was horrible. You would go ask someone a question and would end up having to speak with 4-5 people before you got what you needed or the answer you were looking for. One example of this was the fact that we didn’t have a hair dryer in our room for 3 days, I called several times to the front desk, house keeping, concierge, messaged on the Royalton app, as well as the went down to the lobby. And it wasn’t until after 5pm on our 3rd day did we finally get one. The following day my partner stubbed his toe in the buffet and it started bleeding, I got pushed around from person to person until the front desk told me to go to the medical center because that was the only place I could get band aids for him. I go there ring the bell, the lights are off and no one comes. I had no clue if the door bell is even working because I can’t hear anything. After waiting a couple of minutes, I go back to the front desk and tell him there is no one there.I have him call to make sure someone would be there then get yelled at by the doctor because she said my husband wasn’t having a heart attack and I needed to calm down and this shouldn’t be a priority to her.
Also got food poisoning.
