My stay at the TRS Turquesa was absolutely perfect. Since Expedia had an available room open that was nicer than the room we booked, they upgraded us for no cost at all. At this property, they also have butler services where they assist you throughout your stay with anything and everything you need. Noris was our butler and she was absolutely amazing. She was so accommodating and helped to make our trip so special. She went above and beyond for us and I couldn’t be more thankful. I can’t wait to plan my next trip to come back!! 10/10 all around and I would recommend everyone to come here and book through Expedia.

We travelled as a group of 9 friends/couples in 4 rooms. We could not recommend this more! We had a second floor room with a huge balcony with a jacuzzi tub; despite being next to the main pool the space felt private and quiet. Our Butler Norielis was AMAZING. She took all the stress off our shoulders, coordinating everything for our big group including our a la carte dinners, spa massage day, excursions, and bringing more snacks and beverages to our room. We were entertained by the all-star Animacion team - Albessard, Claribel, and Stahylin! From pool bike/spin class, pole class, aerial yoga, trampoline fitness, cooking / cocktail classes, and private dance lessons these guys kept us busy in the best way, without being too overbearing. We bought excursions from the hotel liaison Previs and the prices were truly better than the ones you’d find on the beach - trust the team! The spa was worthwhile for the massages, hydrotherapy, mud, and private quiet pool use. Our breakfast buffet was great with custom omelettes and crepes and beachside grill was delicious for lunch. Of the a la cartes our favourites were Sumptori (a must do), Kusko, Bhogali, and Bamboo. Hemingway’s bar was a great spot to watch the hockey playoffs in the evening, and then dance the night away to local music. Beach access was easy; could always find a spot there, the water was warm, and the sand is soft without too much seaweed or rocks. We did not walk or rent a car off the resort. Come for a great vacation!

Overall our stay was very awesome. The drinks were delicious and you could not ask for better weather and better beaches. Our butler was Rodny and he was very cool and helpful. He made the stay even better. Only cons we had is, everyone was trying to sell something, even some of the hotel staff.

It was a nice resort but they upgraded us to the 3rd floor and there wasn't any elevator and after a day or 2, our knees were killing us.
