“The apt is on the 20th floor. It has amazing views and it is in the middle of all the action. Some of the issues is that it is a very old apt. It is clear that it is an investment property. There are no perks to the apt. The gym in the building is dated. Most of the fitness machines don't work. The owner keeps control of the ac/heater unit. I had to tell him to let me handle the control after a few days. No extras in the kitchen. He was kind enough to buy a blender for the condo. There are……
