This was a nice bungalow one bedroom unit with private outdoor space and a driveway with lots of parking. very convenient to downtown Punta Gorda, fisherman's village was a mile and a half away. the teenagers liked all the convenience stores and eating places around too! Appreciated the sidewalks for foot travel!

The listing says you get the entire house however the air conditioner is broken and she pushes a back apt in the house on you. The apt has outlets switches hanging out of the wall a leaking air conditioner in the wall and the apt stinks like mold. Outside the door the air conditioner leaves a moldy puddle that u can slip and fall on. Place is disgusting
