"It is a true paradise. For the most part the staff was amazing and happy to help. Unfortunately, the staff Rosa beach club for dinner was very slow. We loved the Villa, but unfortunately, it does require a lot of maintenance (windows handles falling off, taps falling off, dripping faucet etc). Overall, ..."

"No contact person on site, accommodation was not available. We are still waiting for the reimbursement of the costs (prepayment). We had to organize a new accommodation in the evening. With a 4 year old child a disaster. No recommendation!"

Amazing views and nice personnel
"Great location with some of the best views in town! Easy to find and a quick walk to stores and public bus. Also, very nice and knowledgeable staff. We wanted to go on a jeep tour to Baru Volcano, and a lady at the front desk called three diffident places to find out availability for us. Thank you! ..."
