“Overall the unit and property were fabulous. The check-in process was easy - we appreciated all of the emails beforehand. There’s no doubt this property is a 10 overall. That having been said, our group uniformly agreed that 3 improvements would have made it even better.1. Microwave turning piece needs to be replaced in order to avoid sparking when using it.2. The sliding glass doors out to the patio need to be lubricated - a couple of our group couldn’t even open them. 3. Work out a better……

“I would not rent this place from AvantStay ever again! There was suppose to be a grill and there was no grill. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was a 1 out of 5. We lost water one day and the next day we woke up to no hot water. Both times I had to call and try to contact someone and it took them half a day to respond to me. The main bedroom on the main floor has no walk in closet like it shows. Its locked and you cant get in it! Absolutely would not work with me on any kind of a late check out.……
