“This is an amazing palace, but it does not live up to either its reputation or high room tariff insofar as the Hyderabadi cuisine at their Indian restaurant. The food was not up to standard and did not have an authentic Hyderabadi taste or flavor! They need to hire a local Hyderabadi chef who knows “gharana food!” The restaurant staff are very courteous and accommodating, but again, the quality of food left much to be desired. An intern by the name of Gulnaz made our stay very special with her……

“The staff are courteous but more training is required. I liked the dining, SPA and fitness center experience. While th check in experience was good, the check o in t experience needs work. Taking care of guest experience needs work. Management needs to be more visible. Noise abatement needs to be considered. The property is next to a busy corridor and noise starts as early as 4 AM when the water tanker comes in (backs in to the property). The SPA experience was great. The therapist was well……

“Easy, quick check in. Clean and comfortable. Modern decor. Plenty of hot water. Large King bed. Extra pillow and towels were provided as soon as I asked. Girl and chap on reception were very obliging, delivering our breakfast at the time we asked for and a lovely fruit platter was provided, cornflakes with cold milk and hot milk coffee. Had a very enjoyable stay.😁 ”
