Welcome to our home located in small town Purcellville. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home.

Bring Your Own Passwords! Connect to your streaming services on our smart tvs! In-unit washer and dryer provided.


Guests has full access to all parts of the home except the basement and attic.


The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a spacious backyard. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. You will need to take a flight of stairs to access the bedrooms on the second level. There is a full bath on the main level and on the second level.


Walk everywhere! Steps away from Downtown Purcellville, local restaurants, and the W&OD trail.


Choose one of our three outdoor locations to sip your coffee or have dinner!


For your safety, please do not go in the basement or attic areas.


Parking is on the street in front of the house & you can WALK everywhere!

Lovely, historic home!

Lovely, historic home! Perfect for family get togethers. Plenty of room for a family with teens. The house is great! Love the beams, wood floors and uniqueness. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Perfect Location in a Beautiful Small Town

We really enjoyed our stay in Purcellville! This house was easy walking distance to restaurants and shops, and a short drive to wineries and other restaurants close by. Mandy was responsive with any questions we had before, during and after our stay.

Great house and location to explore wineries

We had an excellent stay in Purcellville! The house was clean and spacious for 4 adults (2 couples), with a well-stocked kitchen and many extra towels and pillows. It is a historic home, so there are some creaky floors and antique door closures but this is common in homes of a similar age. Parking is on the street, and the spots out front were always available. Two full bathrooms were very convenient! Our toddler did not travel with us, but we felt the house had a great layout for children, as well. The location is central to many wineries and breweries in the area. We loved the convenience of being able to walk through downtown for dinner, coffee, and shops. Communication with the host was prompt. We would absolutely stay again and recommend to friends looking for a getaway.
