Villa JolantaComfortable all-year house Villa Jolanta located in the forest, near the village of Nowa Kaletka - 21 km south of Olsztyn at a clean Gim lake near the route Warszawa-Olsztyn (from Nidzica heading towards Szczytno).Extensive house for 2-3 friendly families or a group of friends.Gim lake and the village of Nowa Kaletka lie in the Napiwodzko-Ramucka Forest.Brick and wooden house has a total area of 160 m2, finished in a rustic style with a characteristic Prussian wall.We rent the entire house: 13 beds. We provide bedding.If there are more people in your group, please ask for the possibility of an extra bed.On the ground floor: 30 m2 fireplace room with dining room, modern, greatly equipped kitchen and large bathroom (shower, toilet).Upstairs: Five 2-person rooms with washbasins, one 3-person room, shower and 2 toilets.The living room opens onto a roofed terrace with garden furniture. Gastronomic options available in the neighbourhood, along with a resort where you can rent water sports equipment, use tennis courts and sports fields. A rope park with attractions is located nearby.Forests in the area are full of mushrooms and berries, while forest routes encourage walking and cycling. Gim lake has a surface of 176 ha and its waters are classified in the first class of purity.
