“The house was beautiful and located in a great location to hit both Eureka Springs and Branson. It had all amenities we needed. The only downfall of our stay was that the WiFi didn’t work so the tv wouldn’t stream; it wasn’t a huge deal, we just had to use the hotspot on our phones. Would definitely recommend!”

“We loved On The Rocks Cottage! The house and grounds are beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed relaxing on all of the patios. The extra fridge in the laundry room was incredibly helpful. Easy access to go places nearby. The marina across the lake was great to rent a boat from. There is a path from the cottage down to the water to swim/fish - it’s a little tricky to navigate but once you get to the bottom there is a great flat rock spot in the cove. ”

“We loved the property. It is so cute and well decorated. We didn’t walk down to the lake but you could see it through the trees since there were no leaves this time of year. All of the appliances were new and top of the line. Bed was very comfortable and great pillows. Perfect for a family of 4 with the cozy twin beds in the guest room. Shower was warm and had great pressure. House was clean, but not deep clean. The shower tiles were dingy. We didn’t love the drive from Holiday Island to……

“The house was very clean. The kitchen was nice and we ate at a restaurant, that is only a short distance away, with really good food and friendly staff. “From the moment we arrived we fell in love with this place. The old homestead look and feel of the place was absolutely perfect. Everything from the entryway, to the kitchen sink, the bed in the bedroom, and the bathroom decor. Everything was so well placed and thought of when it came to the decor. “Thede were a few issues no internet, took 7 hours to heat the house up. AC on and set at 45. And bedrooms heated up but livingroom stayed very cool. Living area upstairs not down. So not a good place for those with babies, or have trouble with stairs. Definitely off the beaten path. Don't stay if wanting to go to Branson. About a 2 hour drive. ”
