“A family get together and this was the perfect home to house us all. A beautiful view down the Hopkins River, comfortable couches and beds, nothing needed wasn’t supplied, and with the weather being a bit cool when we stayed, there is plenty of heating to keep you warm. Lorraine and Russell are the perfect hosts”

“It was a lovely little place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the world. The property had what we needed. The only thing lacking was the hole in the fly screen on the back door which let the flies in. The place itself was beautiful. I would go back.”

“Definitely has the wow factor. The location on the water is wonderful, walking distance to everything Port Fairy has to offer. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay from the large living area to spacious bedrooms. We would highly recommend it. ”

“We had such a lovely time at Simons 1850s Goldies cottage.Perfect for us, and our 2 big dogs loved the big fenced yards.They gave Simon plenty of licks when he came to show us the workings of the gate etc.We hired bikes and it was an easy 1.6km ride to town along the old rail trail.Watched some lovely sunsets and enjoyed one of the 3 fire places in the cottage on several nights.We certainly hope to return in the future and maybe do the whole rail trail from Port Fairy to Warnambool”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Tower Hill House. The house is a beautiful old farmhouse which is large and open and has a great aspect overlooking the ocean in the distance. It has big verandahs, it had an enclosed area for our dog and the beds were large and comfortable. It was very well equipped and clean and Richard was very helpful and quick with communication. ”
