“We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the property had lots to offer! Just fyi there is an alligator in pond but maintenance person said they were going to have it removed. Could be dangerous for kids or small animals.”

“This was our third summer family gathering at Fairchild Landing, and it was great again! The water was up a bit, but that didn’t spoil the fun. The place is super clean and has a great firepit for s’mores! It’s also close enough to Hattiesburg for a run to The Lucky Rabbit. We shall return! ”
