“The spacious, and nicely furnished, house is located on a dirt track off the main road towards Amed. The surroundings are beautiful and the locals friendly.The staff of the villa are helpful and kind people and the breakfast on offer is delicious. The pool ticked all boxes.The villa is 25 (!!) Min. Walk to the beach following busy roads or walking on dirt tracks. The beach closest to the villa is not a swimming beach (full of rubbish, no coral). I think it should say the villa is 5 kilometres……

“This property is on the most beautiful beach in the area. White sand beach leads to turquoise ocean with snorkelling right off the beach. The staff is warm and welcoming and our deck was 3 feet from the pool which overlooks the ocean a few steps below. It is located in a small quite village with many small restaurant but if you want more action many of the restaurants in Canadista will give you a ride there and back or you can have a driver take you for $4-5.”

“We had a week stay at this lovely authentic villa. The villa was very big for the two of us and can sleep x8. The location was very quiet peaceful you could hear the sea waves and nature at its best.. birds would join you for breakfast etc.Danny the villa manager and her team were amazing nothing was a problem we had tours. Massages in house chef you name it . It was truly amazing experience ”

“There's not much to say that hasn't already been said, the property and in particular the views are amazing, everywhere you look there is something new to see. I really enjoyed my time at Sumah Hill and most of the time was spent relaxing by the pool reading and swimming. The staff were amazing and really looked after not just me but the villa was kept in immaculate condition for my whole stay. If you are lookg for a place to relax and recharge this is the place and i woould 100% stay here……

“A convienent hotel with two pools but most of all excellent beach and snorkelling access. It has the best spot on the beach for snorkelling! Breakfast is average but spring rolls as a snack from the menu is a recommendation. For lunch/dinner go to Rimba cafe.”
