“At the check in for 1.5 hours at 01.30am because the hotel did not have my reservation in the system despite booking over 6 hours earlier. Couldn’t find me under name confirmation number….. nothing! Chatting for ages with an agent over the app also got no where as hotel couldn’t call the hot line number and the agent couldn’t reach the hotel. I am now waiting for this to be resolved by the special team. Very unpleasant experience after a long day. ”

“Best bits are the pool is convenient and fairly shallow at 1.5m, it's only luke warm, but good once in. Staff are always at hand and friendly. I found the mattress a little on the hard side but comfortable. AC is good, hot water”

“It was inexpensive. Rooms face into courtyard with treed and flowering plants, guests have a fob to obtain entry to courtyard, and rooms. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable.”

“The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. Suggesting a Romanian restaurant for dinner. An excellent suggestion. Room was good, clean. Everything was fine. I had prearranged an airport shuttle pickup and he was already waiting for me. No complaints ”
