Spacious Villa with Pool in Puglia for 8 people

Cosy and sunny villa with private pool in Puglia in the countryside of Putignano, 800 meters far from the centre. The villa may welcome up to 8 guests with three comfortable bedrooms and living room with sofa bed. The villa has been recently restored keeping in mind to comfort and function. The beautifully designed interior with wrought iron and glass details offer a well-lit environment perfect for relaxation and enjoyment.
Harmonious in its lines and elegant in its structure, the property, recently restored, reflects in the environments the taste and aesthetic perception of its era/period with small frescoes and floors in original style.
In detail the property consist in a living area with 3 seater sofa, TV and coffee corner; a first master bedroom; a second bedroom with two single beds;a third bedroom; a bathroom covered in Bisazza; a living room with sofa bed, fireplace and TV; a large kitchen with dining table for 8 people; a second bathroom with shower.
Bathrooms have been made of marble, with shower column with thee and bathtub in place covered with "bisazza" (one of the most authoritative luxury design brands in the production of glass mosaics).
The outdoor area is really well restored with a lovely gazebo (patio) with wood tables and chairs and many shaded areas for the peak summer season, and includes a swimming pool (size 12x6 mt) made with fine workmanship, suitable for adults and children and equipped with comfortable sun loungers/chairs.
The villa is surrounded by an amazing garden, in conformity with the refined taste that characterizes it; rich in native and exotic plant species as well as an area of cacti from semi-desert countries and plants of olive trees of our Puglia, all framed by a relaxing and soft green grass.
This is an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday in the wonderful region of Puglia at any time of the year, close to the charming towns of Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, just 30 km from the gorgeous Matera, Basilicata's jewel, famous for its sassi (stone houses carved out of the caves and cliffs) and is situated in its own 2 acres of land, with olive trees, cherrys and almonds all this is surrounded by a most beautiful rural area ideal for walking and cycling.

Wonderful Villa Stay
We had a fantastic stay at the villa, it was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor area with the pool, dining area and bbq were lovely and the huge gardens were beautiful. The Villa was well equipped, the beds were comfy and all rooms were very spacious. The location was great very close to shops and restaurants and it served as a good base to explore the wider area. A mid-stay clean and towel/linen change would’ve been appreciated- otherwise all absolutely perfect- thank you!

Super erholsamer Apulien Urlaub
Trotz später Ankunft wegen Stau eine ausführliche Einweisung in die Ausstattung des Hauses erhalten. Ausstattung wie in der Beschreibung gepflegt vorgefunden. Reinigung des Pools und Abholung der Schmutzwäsche nach einer Woche am Samstag wie vereinbart ausgeführt. Vermieter per Telefon und WhatsApp gut erreichbar. Ins Ortszentrum kommt man auch gut zu Fuß. Supermarkt und Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Übergabe am Abreisetag lief ebenso reibungslos. Somit war dies einer der erholsamsten Urlaube, welche wir als Familie (4 Personen) verbracht haben. Nochmals vielen Dank an die Vermieter und wir kommen sicher noch mal wieder.

Zeer mooie villa, heel goed ontvangen door Leonardo
We waren met 7 personen, het huisje was zeker ruim genoeg om met 2 families te verblijven, het zwembad was een zaligheid. Het ligt zeer centraal om alle mooie stadjes in de buurt te bezichtigen, Monopoli, Martina Franca, Alberobello, Taranto, Bari. Een auto is wel een must, de zee is ongeveer een half uurtje rijden. Nous avons été surpris d’arriver dans la villa et la climatisation n’était en service, il faisait très chaud. Abordons les points négatifs, climatisation côté chambres inefficace, route proche et bruyante, vaisselle insuffisante, eau coupée lorsque la piscine se rempli. Points positifs, piscine nickel, sentiments de sécurité avec les portails dont un électrique, coin cuisine très agréable, matériaux de qualité, bonne literie et terminons en apothéose les extérieurs sont superbes.

Excellent property in good location.
Great villa, with a fantastic deep pool. Garden has plenty of shade and the pool area is ideally located close to the kitchen/dining area. Villa located just outside Putignano, There are restaurants within walking distance, and the main town area is a 15-20 minute walk. The location is in the middle of the Trulli region and is close to most most of the key towns in the area.

An enjoyable vacation in this beautiful villa
We, a family of 5 persons (2 adults and 3 teenagers), had a fantastic stay in this beautiful villa and Puglia for 2 weeks, where we both had some relaxing days at the pool, and some days where we visited many of the nice places in Puglia. The spacious villa, pool and huge garden are really beautiful, clean and well equipped, which make the stay pleasant from the second you enter! Just outside the villa, there is a nice bicycle path which we used for jogging in the mornings. We would give this villa our best recommendations!

A lovely holiday in Puglia
We had an excellent holiday at Lucia's lovely villa The gardens are particularly lovely & it's always possible to find some shade under the ancient trees . With two little grandchildren in tow , we appreciated the security of the garden Although, it wasn't a problem for us ( thanks to puddlejumpers ) it should be noted that the beautiful pool is too deep for children to stand .

The villa is very well equipped, immaculately clean and spacious. The pool and pool area was perfect to relax in after our day trips. The villa was perfect for our 5 day stay in Puglia. Places not to be missed in the area are Matera, Martina Franca and Lecce. Our last day was spent on the wonderful beach at Torre Guaceto.

Beautiful spacious immaculate villa
We had a wonderful time staying in your beautiful villa. The villa was immaculate with every facility catered for e.g. cot and high chair provided for our grandchild, plenty of sunbeds beside a lovely pool, set in pleasant grounds. We loved the amazing bathroom! Location was central to places of interest, we felt safe and secure whilst staying here. We would certainly stay in your villa on future visits to Italy and will recommend to our family and friends. This was a special family holiday for us and we could not have found anywhere better.
