“Truly magical. A unique vacation home in the midst of amazing tropical foliage and songbirds. If you're looking for delightful location away from the resort areas of the island yet close to amazing small towns and beaches, this place is for you. Highly recommend.”

“We enjoyed our week at the cottage. It was so nice to have our own private space. It was quiet and comfy with all the amenities you could possibly need. The view of the water from the patio was awesome and it was an easy little trail to get to the beach for a walk on the sand. We got to see a turtle resting our first day! The cottage was clean and well stocked with linens, towels, beach necessities and all our kitchen needs. We had easy access to all of Kihei and Wailea, a lot of things……

“An unbelievable and very unique setting. Although not on the beach ,it is a 2 mile drive to one of the best beaches. The facility is truly a Villa with a front and backyard one of which has a private, (to the renter) saltwater swimming pool. Some exercise equipment, water sports gear,beach chairs, umbrella ect The best part is the owners. They are twin brother artists and the Villa is full of their art. And the building of the facility was based on aesthetics. This along with the lower cost……

“The property was perfect for our family with an 8 and 10 year old. The kids slept on the lanai and were very comfortable. It really felt like you were out in nature. John was welcoming and the fresh bananas were great. We split our trip up with one week here and one week on the south shore and we’re very happy we did. ”

“This was our 7th time staying at Ho’okipa Bay cottage. We asked, can it be any better than the previous 6? Yes! It can! Hank has provided everything we needed…beautiful home, comfy bed, incredible views. We love going to the touristy areas during the day. Then returning home to the lanai, soaking tub, outdoor shower. What a way to re-energize after a long day. We will treasure our memories of Hank’s place and look forward to returning. Our happy pace! Joy and Tom”

Sydney gave us an incredible tour of the property and the knowledge and care she displayed is very commendable. An incredible view off the deck let us watch the weather every morning and evening. “Our family of 6 really enjoyed staying here. There was enough space for everyone and it really is just a 5 minute walk to Airport Beach (also known as Kahekili). We had no problems with cleaniless. The little complex the cottage is apart of is quiet and well maintained. Our family spent a lot of time on the lanai enjoying the ocean view and breezes. We would definietly stay here again. ”
