“房間和床很小但寢具很乾淨也沒有異味，可是房間外面走廊可以聞到濃濃的廚房油垢味、走廊地板有一部分也好像快塌了一樣走過去吱吱作響，入住只給房間鑰匙沒有大門的，到旁邊餐廳吃完晚飯才八點左右就被鎖在旅館外面，最後是打電話給房東才在門口保險箱拿到大門鑰匙”

“Very unfriendly staff who communicate with you in english only in case they want. When they not, so you are ignored. I needed invoice for company to accounting and receptionist was reluctant (refused add VAT Nr. to invoice). Room and everything around was poor. Never more ever.”

“We loved MONDI. Our room was first floor, lake side. We never tired of how beautiful the view was. The room was very clean. Had coffee maker, tea maker, dishes, pots and pans, a refrigerator but no microwave. Service was wonderful. Walking to the bus wasn’t a problem. However, keep in mind that you can not get a bus or taxi before 7AM. No Uber service. Train station is in Bad Aussee which is a beautiful town near by. (Bus to MONDI is only a 10 minute ride)”
