“The location was just as described. Property management was nice and quickly assisted me with an issue I had. Door locks can be a little tricky so I do recommend watching the video that you receive in a text message before your check-in but once you figure it out, it’s pretty easy. Will definitely be my choice for my next trip! ”

“Tiny is the way to Stay! The accommodations were perfect! I have family in Monahans and it was nice to cook a meal for them. The only issue we had was workers were on our roof putting up Solar panels, making so much noise. Hopefully that has been completed, because we will definitely be staying again! ”

“It was a great place to stay. The shower was excellent, with hot water. The A/C and Heater worked great; there were no issues. The only thing was that they did not have a closet to hang clothes. The washer and dry work great. Overall excellent ”

“We had a really great stay at this property. The home was well designed to feel spacious and practical. It had absolutely everything we could need (full kitchen, washer/dryer). Also, shout out to this team. I accidentally locked us out during the last late night potty break for the dogs. We managed to get a hold of a cell and leave a message for the office (obviously closed on a very late Saturday night). They got back to us and handled the issue promptly.We were so grateful to get back inside……

“I will preface by saying I have not been to this part of the country before. There is on site management to take care of you twenty four hours a day. The box home itself is brand new and well maintained. Now for the negatives. There is a burn off Gas flare going off twenty four hours behind the property with intermittent rumbles from gas build up. I have to say this doesn't make for a very restful sleep. The WebSite images of the property are not accurate. All of the box units surround a larger……
