“It takes over than one hour to get some towels because there was no towels when we arrive .. and to open the extra bed after 8 calls and several msgs .. and the reception wasn’t friendly at all .. our stay ways only for 8 hours but it wasn’t good at all ”
"Servicing staff are very helpful and friendly. I upgraded to Delux room, it is worth and spacious. During the hot season. I can only start outdoor activities after 3pm. Therefore I stay most of the time in the room. Location is excellent, take 3 mins to Soug Waqif station and the market. "
