“The apartment is in a good location, it’s in the second row from the beach, in a tower with security, has space for parking, close to many cafes, restaurants and grocery stores and the neighbors are quiet and maintain privacy. The apartment itself is spacious and well-furnished however there are minor repairs that must be done to make it safe for children.
