“The hotel manager at front desk very very helpful for fixing up my room at once and very sincerely solve the problem of my room and arrange change for me as it is not easy as my rooms booked as connected rooms. Overall very satisfy with the service. ”

“服務很好，地點方便，就在五四廣場地鐵站旁，但房間不是很大，酒店內有7/11,方便，萬象城就在旁邊，有很多食店，值得一讚是酒店捉供黑色的士，去青島高鐵站只是24元，好像比網約車及的士還便宜，乾淨舒適。”

“虽然在闹市区，但是房间很安静。感谢前台升级了房间。卫生间的电吹风非常好用！”

“Although the hotel slightly aged but overall keep in okay condition. Room is clean and nice facilities, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Convenient location. One complaint , in winter time the air conditioner cannot catch the temperature you set, the room is a bit hot. If you are doing the choice between Sheraton and Marriott. Go for this one. I try both. ”
