“The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when it comes to housekeeping and serving breakfast. However, I have a suggestion regarding the breakfast service. It would be more convenient if breakfast could be provided as take-out. Although it is currently prohibited, some guests have been seen bringing their own take-out boxes to help themselves to food, and the staff has even been assisting guests in obtaining to-go boxes. I don't think that's their fault, but the……

“酒店位置算是方便，於胡同內，近簋街，10分鍾行到北新橋地鐵站. ”

“從北海北地鐵站步行大約15分鐘,穿過胡同民居便可找到一間用心設計的精品酒店!網上被這個酒店吸引都是因為前衛的建築設計照片所吸引!難得找到一間不是紅色和配以龍床的胡同!整體服務貼心,我們航班遲到,雖然晚上凌晨才到步,酒店人員仍然有善地安頓我們,講解好房間裏的設施才走!不得不提他們的早餐水準是挺高的,無論食物和環境都很舒適！整個酒店有很多拍照位置,很有心思,我在酒店內不停角落找到小動物!小失誤是有一晚我們房間裏的個人用品和茶飲不足夠我們兩個女孩子用,當打電話去前台便很快將補給物送到房間!因我們是遊客的緣故,我們都是靠前台友善的人員幫忙我們找出最快嘅到達目的地的方法!完全放心介紹俾朋友去北京體驗一下這間不是集團式的精品酒店!北京比想像之中美,每一天都走很多路,如果酒店有按摩服務就更好了！”
