“This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and it’s been wonderful both times. Very spacious with two living room and dining areas and complimented well by a large kitchen. “This place is great if you are looking for a weekend getaway or even a week. Quiet neighborhood and it has everything you need if you want to cook you meals or grill out. You do not want to miss coffee on the deck in the mornings and/or cocktails in the afternoon or evening. The on site manager Micah is the best. Whenever I bumped into him he always asked if things were OK and if I needed anything. This building, built in 1850, has a rich history of businesses from the past. They built boats……

“The property is meticulously maintained. The views of the river were claming after a long day of travel, the cabin was extremely comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Everything you could possibly need is present. My opinion is this place is a bargain for the price. Definately beats a hotel hands down. If I return to the area, I will definately book again! “The location of the Nelson Lofts is ideal for concert goers, restaurants and bars are everywhere. Our family had two units rented and we did have an issue getting into this unit, but the host, Tim, responded to my text immediately and the problem was resolved. We will continue to rent these lofts when visiting the Quad Cities. They are great!”

“This place was great. Nice price, nice space, check in/out was real easy. Prob one of the best VRBO's i have gotten. Garage with remote controls is a feature Couple small notes take them or leave them : 1. IDK how many reminders for good reviews is too many. “The pool was our main reason for booking. We were not disappointed. A beautiful pool! The house was spacious but the a/c didn’t work in the 2nd floor bedrooms very well. It was 90 degrees out. A perfect place for our family to hangout!”
