“Our three week stay in Renato’s flat was absolutely perfect. The apartment was fresh, clean, tastefully decorated, and had magnificent vistas from every window. The bed was large and super comfy. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the outdoor grill. The gardens were immaculate. And the views! Assisi to one side, Spello to the other, and beautiful Bettona at sunset — breathtaking! Renato was a stellar host, so kind and helpful. We can’t recommend this property enough!”

“Lovely outlook and very nice house. Description a bit misleading - there are not 2 bathrooms, there is 1 bathroom and a cloakroom. There is no restaurant/ bar in the village, it closed 2 years ago. The bikes were locked away. I had to ask for access details and they were sent late. No signal on the TV for most of our stay. All small things on their own, but not when added up. Great views & a nice house, but detail needs updating, we probably wouldn’t have booked had we realised there wasn’t a……

“Beau grand appartement, très bien équipé et bien meublé. La situation est parfaite pour rayonner et découvrir les beaux villages avoisinants. Le propriétaire est vraiment très recevant, disponible et discret. Nous saluons sa famille que nous avons eu le bonheur de rencontrer. Finalement, un autre point fort la vue du balcon est spectaculaire!!!”

“Very nice villa to relax in the countryside. The town of Fabro is only a 15 minute ride to restaurants, train station(free parking) and other shops. We found the villa to be very spacious and relaxing. One item to note, there was seven cats (at the time of our stay) living outside the doors of the property. We were told to feed, some bring some cat food.”

“This property was amazing and fit our needs perfectly. We had 22 people and each group had their own area but we gathered daily in the main dining area. We grilled out, had a chef come and fix us dinner and several days of pit luck. Daily trips to the surrounding hilltop towns of Todi, Orvieto, Spello, Sienna, and Florence one day. You definitely need a car but that gave all of us options. We rented in Perugia and others chose to rent cars in Rome and Sorrento. The property is well maintained……

“In un bel borgo Umbro, la casa esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio. Completa di ogni comodità e molto pulita. I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili a suggerimenti sui luoghi da visitare. Ideale per gli amanti della natura (il borgo è immerso nel verde) e per chi vuole scoprire le bellezza Umbre. Per raggiungere il Borgo è necessario percorrere strade di montagna (ma ne vale la pena!)”

“We have stayed in many homes through Vrbo, and I can honestly say that this was one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed. The location is perfect if you want to explore the Umbria region. But this house is so great we could stayed and cooked and enjoyed ourselves just as much. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we were able to prepare a nice big dinner for all of us. Gian, the host could not have been more accommodating. He met us in town for the initial drive to the villa, which is……

“A neat and comfortable house with everything you need for a lovely vacation. The pool was a blessing in the hot weather. The air conditioning was wonderful on the hottest days. Every bedroom had a bathroom. Linen was super clean and towels were changed weekly. Mila was the Most wonderful liaison, giving us wonderful tips and guidance. The kitchens and fridges were great for keeping all the groceries fresh. Would recommend this wonderful place for amazing local scenery and access to Todi. ……

“We’ve always wanted to experience the Italian way of life and spending a month in Todi was the ideal vacation. Away from the crowds, beautiful countryside, friendly people and comfortable living. This house gave us all that…it is an older house but we adjusted very quickly to the ebbs and flows of it. It had everything we needed and was very well maintained.Past reviews mentioned the hill to town, this is not to be underestimated, it’s a hike but you do get used to it and the bonus is you’ll be……

“Our large group of family and friends loved our stay. Even with spotty weather (Spring rains) we were either cozy or basking in the sun by the pool. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, thoughtful host….we loved this spot. Todi was wonderful too - very few tourists and lots of places to eat. This is our 4th villa stay and this is now one of our very favorites!”
