“When my wife and I opened the door to this stunning studio, we were ecstatic. It was the cleanest rental I’ve ever seen. The scent of the apartment was one of supreme cleanliness. There was light on three sides. I believe there are six or seven windows. We were amazed. The floors sparkled, including the inlaid compass on the floor! That was an amazing touch. “I enjoyed my stay at this studio apartment. It is in a great location within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in Nantucket Center. “The apartment is for the most part as advertised; cute and generally well located between town and beach. However, the parking is a problem as they share it with a bike shop. Another issue we ran into was the kitchen has ants so any food will wind up infested. A minor detail is the beds have linens so thin you will be cold. ”

“The property is very new, clean and spacious. The place was well stocked in the kitchen and they had beach chairs for use. The hosts were easily accessible and very responsive. Would recommend for a couple for a Nantucket weekend stay! I will add - a car is really required to stay here. It is set back from the main roads, on a long gravel road, and not near any bus stops, so I would recommend renting an SUV. Ubers had an hard time finding the place. “We had a lovely stay in Nantucket. The place was very clean and had everything you might need. Everything was very comfortable. We didn't use the second bedroom but it would be great if you had 2 kids staying with you. Having 2 bathrooms was nice. The location was good - a short walk to the Wave island shuttle service. We didn't bring a car so we also Ubered a couple times. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and were readily available.”

“My girl friends and I have been coming out to Nantucket for a long weekend for years now and this was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed!! “We found this property to be appropriately comfortable and well- laid out overall for our stay with two babies and our dogs. It is not a very fancy location or property, but served our needs well to spend time on our favorite island. The residential neighborhood is fairly noisy. I did appreciate the host’s communication and understanding for two potential issues- one huge one being a date change and then change back due to ferry car reservations.
