The area was fantastic. The property itself seemed ok but our room definitely was not what i was expecting. My friend needed to plug in her sleep machine and there were no proper plugs in the room except one. We had to unplug the TV and drag a cord accross the room. The emergency exit went through our bathroom wich was scetchy and made us feel unsafe. The mini split needs to be cleaned. It was blowing black chunks of mold on my bed. I booked through a 3rd party site so i had no idea how to contact the property and it wasnt like these issues were going to get taken care of while we were there. The rooms needs an overhaul, walls cracked and looking run down. You could tell it was well cleaned so no complaints there. For the price this room needs some work.

Great location, small room (with a large bathroom). Virtually everything was unplugged -- good thing we didn't want the television, because the cord was behind a large dresser and hard to get to. The tiny kitchenette was fine. But the first night the air conditioner leaked all over our clothes and the floor. We cleaned it up but, as far as we could tell, when we reported the leak, all they did was give us some clean towels; they didn't even pick up the wet ones on the floor below the air conditioner. Only one parking location was suggested and it was full. We ended up purchasing a two-night pass to the garage from a helpful shopkeeper across from the entrance. That's below-average service by the hotel. And all communications were done online; no one was onsite. It worked ok, but it wasn't our preference.

Les photos lorsque je reservais étaient totalement différents de chambre réservée, C'était supposé avoir un petit salon avec divan, lachambre était petite juste un lit double, le climatisé était non fonctionnel, il y avait un petit climatiseur portable qui climatise à peine et bruyant.

We booked this property with a filter on requiring parking. This property on Expedia said parking was available. We knew we would have to pay. Being in downtown old Quebec it is very busy with one-way streets and the address they gave for the parking garage was not easy to find. The number on the street was actually a store. After multiple trips around the block in traffic and heat and a few attempts to call them to get clarification, We were eventually told the entrance is at the next block and around the corner. This is something simple that should be told When the parking lot is recommended. The only other issue we had was that the toilet did not flush well. Sometimes it took a couple flushes to even get a small amount of toilet paper down. We did not do anything to plug the toilet. It was like that when we arrived. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and it was spacious. The air conditioner worked well.

Our room was not what was expected. The shower itself was in the bedroom. The tv, cable box and fridge could not be plugged in at the same time as their location held only one double outlet. The baseboards were covered in old hair and dust. Three bath towels were left for our three night stay. No hand towels or face cloths were available. We were left with two coffee filters and had to ask for a third. The room was not cleaned during our stay.

Dirty stains on tub, tiles, etc. Old sunken mattresses, old comforters, AC blows cold air directly on your head, decrepit old building, old carpets, crooked stairs.

3e fois à cet hotel. Il n’y a plus de réception. C’est style Airbnb avec un code pour entrer. Nous n’avions pas reçu le code et avons dû appeler pour l’avoir et pour savoir où se situait notre chambre. Elle n’était pas dans le bâtiment principal. Il fallait passer par une allée contenant des poubelles. Éviter les chambres 10 à 13. Insonorisation déficiente… on entendait marcher à l’étage supérieur en pleine nuit. Je n’y retournerai pas. De plus, il faut 300$ sur carte de crédit en sus du prix pour possible dommages…

L'emplacement est parfait. C'est propre. Pas de réception donc pour changer les serviette ou autre, il faut croiser une femme de ménage. Le lit était dur. Nous avions une chambre avec cuisinette, mais pas de coin avec table et seulement 1 chaise, bien que la dimension de la chambre le permetterait.

Muy bien ubicado ,muy céntrico, zona tranquila, no me gusto el estado general de la propiedad ,esta para demolición, desde el piso 1 hasta el 3 ,pienso que deben inspeccionar la propiedad antes de lamentar ,la escalera al 3r piso terrorifica los primeros escalones desprendiendose de la pared , ni regalandome dias vuelvo alli ,no recomendado ,no tuvimos opcion para cambiarnos a otro hotel ,todo lleno por el festival de la musica,mala experiencia e inolvidable. ,fatal experiencia y sabiendo en las condiciones que esta todavia te exigen deposito ,cuando ellos te deben de pagar por dormir bajo techos agrietados y escaleras cayendose y para que hablar de las manchas de las alfombras y el mal olor desde la puerta que da a la calle

Location is on the oldest street in Quebec City, a few doors up from the oldest house in Quebec City. A 2 minute walk from Chateau Frontenac and its amazing buskers, around the corner from off the charts 'Le Clan' restaurant, across the street from 'Le Buche' local cuisine restaurant. Truly ideal location. We stayed in 2 converted loft rooms on the top floor - dripping with character - albeit - some came from the 1700s (slanty stairs and original block and mortar construction) and some from the 1970s (you know it when you see it!) but it all just added to our experience. If you are looking for ultra-modern refined Hilton-esque experience then the loft space might not be your gig BUT -if you are looking for awesome location and ambiance that won't break the bank, highly recommend you give it a go.

While there is no front desk, the support staff is super responsive. I saw some comments relating to that but I didn't have such an experience. Got my instructions by messaging, with an easy-to-use link. Was pretty convenient actually.
