There was no staff to assist us. My reservation did not originally show that this was a virtual hotel and that you better be very tech savvy. Would never recommend nor stay there again. The towels are not great and the paper products are terrible. Not much good to say about the place.

The property was well located however the stairs to access the room were extremely dangerous. Also the digital keys was inconvenient especially when yiu have lots of luggage to carry. The staff was helpful

La chambre sentait la cigarette et on ne pouvait pas ouvrir la seule mini fenêtre qui avait car la sortie du super bruyant climatiseur y était connecté. We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, spacious, and full of character. Easy check-in with digital keys and everything was well organized. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for walks, and there’s a park nearby for the dog. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and groceries. Easy parking and close to the highway. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé deux nuits à l’hôtel dans deux chambres différentes. La première avait clairement besoin d’amour et la deuxième était parfaite. Seul point, aucun personnel sur place et aucun petit déjeuner le matin alors qu’il est écrit déjeuner inclus. Pour joindre un membre du personnel on devait appeler à un numéro de téléphone, alors qu’on est supposé avoir la chambre jusqu’à 11h dès 8h30 notre clé internet de fonctionnait plus, alors comment entrer dans l’hôtel et aller chercher nos choses. Bref, il faut au moins une personne sur place en tout temps.

The A/C was not working at all. We called the front desk few times, but unfortunately nothing. We asked for a fan as sleeping with the windows open was not possible as it was too noisy, but never got the fan. A bit disappointed.. Despite everything, the room was very clean.

Ok property. Well situated and well priced if you are looking for a place to sleep while enjoying the old Quebec area (just a quick walk away). Parking was an issue as it was during the summer festival in Quebec. At $25 for reserved parking spot that was occupied, and ended up in another spot and got boxed in (likely by festival attendee). Just ok.

It was an unexpected and a terrible experience on my arrival with my family of four at the property in the evening. The room was not ready and there was no housekeeping done. I reported this to the helpdesk agents. They suggested some other accommodation in the vicinity as it was last minute and they could not find an alternative for us. If the agents gave up, you can imagine what we had to go through calling and checking when our mobile phones were almost discharged after driving for 10 hours from Toronto. It was terrible - new city, new language, no contacts and left stranded in spite of booking three weeks prior and receiving confirmation emails, uptil the day of arrival, from the Hotel. I had to book an alternative hotel, on my own, at double the rate. Hope, nobody has to go through this ordeal. It has been one week since I emailed the property team and I have yet to hear back from them.
