Wonderful location. Friendly staff. However, we have bad knees and trouble with stairs, and there wasn't an elevator we could use to get from the street entrance to the lobby. We learned that you could get out at street level if you went through their restaurant, but then we got scolded by the restaurant staff for doing that.

Overall my stay was good. I was disappointed with the lack of any USB ports, and only one hook in the bathroom. I was notified ahead of time that the pool area was closed for maintenance, and was sorry not to be able to use it. Although there was an option of going to the Chateau Frontenac to use their facilities. (About a ten minute walk.) The staff was gracious, able to answer the many questions I had, and gave great recommendations about the area.

The staff throughout the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. I loved visiting the onsite store L'épicerie Québécoise where I bought a different pastry each morning. The room was quiet and the cleaning staff prompt to make up the room each morning. It was so convenient to walk out of the hotel each day and immediately find myself in the heart of old Quebec's shopping and dining district. I wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Beautiful property in the walkable heart of it all. Concierge staff were super friendly and helpful; the dining staff need to take a lesson from the front desk. They are semi efficient, when paying $30+ PP for breakfast one would hope that they would keep the buffet stocked better, especially the healthier options of fruit etc. the only two negative points I would say is that housekeeping knocked on the door twice, even though there was a DND on the door. The other master I found kind of gross, one of the piles had a double size toonie stain on it, from what looked like blood. It’s in a great location, beautiful small hotel, although it advertises as everyone must be 18 to stay there, plenty of children were staying there.

Stunning hotel right in the heart of old Quebec, all major attractions are within walking distance. Stunning hotel , extremely clean very friendly staff and valets. Completely bi-lingual. Only word of caution if it is a stop off on your great Canadian adventure , like it was for us our cargo box did not fit in the underground parking. However the valets helped us empty and take it off as well as store until your departure. Highly recommend this location and hotel.
