“Hallways need upgrade. Carpet, wall paint and since each hall have a security door it causes lack of ventilation and smells like humidity”

“We were firstly check-in a room that was used and not clean, and then we got another room without any apologize. The swimming pool should be warm but it was cold that day. The tables and floor of swimming pool sitting area was not clean the next morning time. There were popcorns and foods on the floor.”
