“We had a nice stay at this property, and the host was very kind and accommodating. The location is perfect! The Zócalo is only a few minutes walk away. It's walking distance to other museums, Michelin restaurants, and native, Oaxacan cuisine. Taxis come by every 2 mins. and there are several cafes almost nextdoor. “We were soo happy to have picked this place! It was quaint, personable and in a perfect location! The breakfast was delicious! Made with thought and care. “Highly recommend staying at Casa Sofi for your trip to Oaxaca. Excellent host that greeted us with the best tasting Mezcal. The room is very comfortable and the property is centrally located to everything. The grounds itself is very clean and safe. “We were very pleased with how exceptionally clean our room was. The hotel is very secure and quiet at night. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The only downfall was the valet parking has a 15-20 minute wait but you can call ahead before your arrival.”

“A wonderful — and very beautiful — boutique hotel with kind and very efficient staff. They spoke English expertly and were eager to help in any way needed. The breakfasts provided were delicious!
