“We enjoyed our stay at the Elk House and would come back again. It’s a great house and such a peaceful area. We didn’t see any elk, sadly, but enjoyed spending mornings and evenings on the porch. The WiFi worked great, and we were able to stream on the TV. The house is in a great area - easy drives to Lake Quinault, hiking, and more! The “grocery stores” near by are small so if you’re coming from a larger area it may be worth bringing groceries with you. A few things to note for future guests -……

“Overall the house was really great, quiet location right on the beach. Very quiet area and great access to the beach. Only issue we had was that every time we used the stove or oven it would set off the smoke detector in the kitchen, even under normal cooking conditions with the vent hood on.”

“Great place to stay, and would definitely stay again. Really nice place and a really nice area out back with fire pit, and easy access to the beach. They have a nice grill. Pictures and description need updates on Vrbo, due to TV being bigger and better than the description, and it also has a Roku, which is great. Needs a sign on side of the fridge, to point out the light switch hidden behind it.”

“Rocks Cabin was the perfect place to celebrate a quiet & cozy birthday. The location was great and the beach views are amazing. Watching a couple early spring storms roll in, snuggled up by the wood stove, with a glass of wine and a good book was just how I wanted to celebrate. And my doggo loved walking down to the beach to investigate all the good beachy smells. Thanks for making sure we had a doggo specific towel too ( for after he took a little splash in a mud puddle!) I will 100% be coming……

“Rustic cottage at its finest. Great getaway for a couple. All amenities were thought of and the space is simple and wonderfully decorated. Hot tub, fireplace and lots of charm. Beautiful scenic view overlooking Pacific beach. Only a 5 min drive for a walk on the beach. Close to Seabrook Village for quaint shopping and grocery needs. “The house and location were lovely. Great sauna and hot tub. The garage, where the ping- pong, arcade and sauna were kept had some severe mold issues. The home could have been cleaner. Sheets and shower had hair. Dog hair was prevalent on surfaces and furniture. Cutting board was filthy and someone's melted butter and sticky matter were left in the fridge and freezer. If you plan to cook, bring your own skillet, scrubber and something to wipe down counters with. Great laundry facility. Easy……
