“My family was very happy with our stay at the Elk House. I understand why this location has such high reviews. The home was spotlessly clean, comfortable, attractive, and was in a quiet, relaxing location. I wish that we had seen elk during our stay, but it was still nice to sit on the front porch to enjoy the view. “Great place to stay, and would definitely stay again. Really nice place and a really nice area out back with fire pit, and easy access to the beach. They have a nice grill. Pictures and description need updates on Vrbo, due to TV being bigger and better than the description, and it also has a Roku, which is great. Needs a sign on side of the fridge, to point out the light switch hidden behind it.”

“I loved the kitchen. It has everything you need. I found plenty of utensils, pots and pans. Well stocked cups, plates, bowls, plus some popular spices. Also I found Keurig k-cups and some coffee in the fridge. Both options available. The cabin is very comfy for two adults and two smalls. You could have a third adult on the couch. “This is a great little cottage that is close to the main section of Seabrook. It was truly a delight staying here and we hope to come back again. Very clean and quite functional, even for four guests (only it was just the two of us). The hot tub in the back is a great way to unwind from a day at the beach. Really appreciate the host having coffee to enjoy in the mornings. A nice plus! I highly recommend staying here, as the location and host are fantastic! ”

“Rocks Cabin was the perfect place to celebrate a quiet & cozy birthday. The location was great and the beach views are amazing. Watching a couple early spring storms roll in, snuggled up by the wood stove, with a glass of wine and a good book was just how I wanted to celebrate. And my doggo loved walking down to the beach to investigate all the good beachy smells. Thanks for making sure we had a doggo specific towel too ( for after he took a little splash in a mud puddle!) I will 100% be coming……

“Excellent stay! Mary is so kind and welcoming. I asked about a muffin pan so my daughter and I could prepare quick on-the-go breakfast and Mary went out and bought one before we arrived. We had the pleasure of chatting with her our first morning and immediately knew we had chosen the right spot. Anything you need, she'll take care of you. The decor is beach perfect, beds were comfy, the shower pressure was great, and we had everything we needed. Just two blocks from the beach and an awesome……
