Our newly built 2,000 sq. ft. home is located at the end of a quiet road, offering tranquility and a scenic walking trail leading to Quincy Beach. With easy access to buses and the Boston subway, you can enjoy the perfect blend of nature and city life.

• This includes bachelor/bachelorette groups.
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM no loud talking on decks or in common areas after this time.
• Violations will result in immediate cancellation with no refund, and the security deposit will be forfeited.
