“I needed to change the check in date, I wrote to the hotel and they didn't answer, I contacted expedia and told them about the issue, they called the hotel, they said they would contact me but they never did. Basically they kept the money, as I had already paid online. The worst customer service ever. Take that into account, do not pay them in advance.”
“The property was in very good shape, the cafe had great coffee and other drinks with a nice atmosphere. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and presentable with a touch of class.
Unfortunately our bed had some pretty gross stains on the sheets and there wasn't actually a blanket on the beds like we are used to, just thin sheets, it might not be an issue for some. The breakfast was cold and quite unpleasant but we ate it anyways because there is a lack of restaurants in the area. The……
