“Staff can all speak in good English. Nice& cheerful. Nevertheless, Dusts & hair are everywhere, the door to balcony cannot be locked. Although the service apartment is all the way down the street, I feel ok in terms of safety issues. Oh! There are three adorable kittens at the car park.”

“這是一個值得向港人推薦的休閒之所。但在客人欲出市中心自乘的士或地鐵的資訊提供方面相當貧乏，柜枱員工英語程度並不理想。曼谷的士大都開天殺價，誠实司機大約六分之一人，而曼谷騙子相當之多。”

“I loved Pillow B Hotel. If you enjoy quaint and cozy with a homy feel, Pillow B is the place to be. It’s nestled just far away to escape the noise of the Bangkok traffic but close enough to still enjoy the city life if that’s what you desire. They have a shuttle service that will transfer you to the main road for access to shops and restaurants along Ramkhamhaeng road. And you can call them for a pick up at a predetermined drop-off/pick up location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.……

“Staff is friendly and very helpful .Room is tidy and sparkling clean.A bit far from the BTS station( 30mins walk)if the hotel can provide free shuttle tuk tuk to BTS station then it will be prefect. 7 eleven, coffee shop just within a minute walk. 15 minutes walk to BigC and Health Land. Very reasonable price. ”

“前三天整個飯店網路有問題一直解決不了，我還在浴室邊邊的牆壁下發現蘑菇..服務人員可能要送餐打錯電話，但是沒搞清楚的情況下直接給我掛電話..洗衣的烘乾機壞了一直沒修。除此之外，整體住宿感覺是不差的，可能運氣不好遇到什麼的問題，否則性價比是真的不錯”
