“Dirty rooms, cockroaches in hotel room and hall ways”

“The worst is the smell”

“The hotel location was good, but it is very rundown. The breakfasr is very ordinary.”

“The hotel is rundown, below are my feedback 1. Room smells bad 2. Toilet smells bad 3. Towels are old, not white anymore 4. Room service just open the door without acknowledgement. 5. There is techno club in the hotel and you can hear in your room. 6. Outside traffic also can hear in the room”

“One of the worst customer service hotel in Indonesia. I arrived hotel at 12am and it was closed , none at the reception and no instruction si given anywhere. I had to make some calls so that someone from mamagement call the receptionist who was probably sleeping to come and see me. The rooms are super small and housekeeping wont provide an additional towel if u request. No hairdrier provided. ”

“飯店服務人員很親切，易溝通。但......洗澡的熱水水溫過低、房間無吹風機 & 熱水壺，希望可以改進~”

“Lokasi strategis, kamar nyaman, staff ramah..”

“Staff were unfriendly in regards to sending up 2 extra pillows, wanted to charge me for that. They would not provide a bowl or spoon from the kitchen. I wanted no food after kitchen was closed just a bowl for some soup and a spoon, they told me no. The bed was too hard and pillows were not filled enough. Noise from street and mosque 🕌 way too loud. Don't stay here. ”

“My staynhere was no ahort of great. Although the property is slightly dated it certainly added a good vibe. The staff were absolutely brilliant, the typical friendly and welcoming Indonesian trait that i have always received when visiting this grsat country. ”

“I have request non smoking room before arrival, however, the smell of the room still really bad of smokers, not sure whether the room that assigned to me is smoking floor is not cause i forgot to ask since i arrived very late at night and very tired. Ask for iron also takes so long, it seems they only have one item and i should waiting from another guest almost 30mins. However their room really spacious ”
