“Elevator was too slow and bathroom too small. Toilet roll quality was shocking. Need more training to Front Staff / Reception of the 1st Floor one. Need more competency and courtesy manners. ”

The only very very small negative was no cable TV so I did not have any English channels. But I did not come to Indonesia to watch TV I came to see the city and the location is very good for food and pretty close to the city centre. Taxis are cheap here too if you use the grab app. ”
