“One of the worst customer service hotel in Indonesia. I arrived hotel at 12am and it was closed , none at the reception and no instruction si given anywhere. I had to make some calls so that someone from mamagement call the receptionist who was probably sleeping to come and see me. The rooms are super small and housekeeping wont provide an additional towel if u request. No hairdrier provided. ”

“Traffic jam is a normal in this area. The room was excellent with full facilities. I reserved the standard room but it was specious enough for me and my boyfriend. Very cost effective. I will be back if I come to Jakarta again. ”

“Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Hotel Ashley Tengu – von Anfang bis Ende war alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Der Check-In war zwar um etwa eine Stunde verzögert, doch der Grund dafür hat uns absolut begeistert: Als Honeymoon-Gäste wurden wir mit einer liebevollen Überraschung im Zimmer empfangen – kunstvoll gefaltete Handtuch-Schwäne, ein herzlicher Gruß und ein wunderschönes, persönliches Bild, das auf den Spiegel gemalt war. Diese kleine Geste hat uns sofort ein Gefühl……
