“Hotel is very new, good design and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing is the air conditioning in my room seems not work well, only wind blows out and no cool air, a bit warm in the room. Over all is very good.”

“Peaceful Family Stay in Nature We really enjoyed our stay at EuroParcs Ruinen as a family of three (two adults and one child). The park is quiet, clean, and surrounded by beautiful nature — perfect for a peaceful break from city life. Our accommodation was modern and comfortable, with very good internet, which was a nice surprise in such a natural setting. The staff was friendly, and everything was easy to navigate. “Amazing River View by the restaurant. Room is clean, and people here is very kindly. It's just about half hour from Steenwjk station to here by the bus via Geithorn. However, the last bus leave Steenwjk is about 1830 everyday. ”

“Returning customer as i like this hotel and convenient for my purposes. However on this occasion there were noisy next room residents late at nught and this was followed by staff stacking bottles and crates almost underneath my room or so it seemed - then 2 other loud crash noises some time after midnight - a disturbed nights sleep - hope for better next visit.”
